Delivery and Returns
Orders made will be delivered using the Royal Mail Standard 2nd Class service which aims to deliver within 2-3 business days. The postage charge will be calculated according to the weight of the order and can be seen during the order checkout process.
Delivery is to England and Wales Mainland. In Scotland we deliver to postcodes AB1 – AB16, AB21 – AB25, AB30, AB39, DD, DG, EH, FK, G, KA (except KA27 & KA28), KY, ML, PA1 – PA19, PH1–PH3, TD
We DO NOT deliver to
AB31 – 38, AB40 – 56, IV1– IV28, IV30 – IV32, IV36, IV40, IV52 – IV54, IV63, KW1 – KW14, PA21–PA38, PH4 – PH41, PH49 – PH50, BT (Northern Ireland)

Delivery is two to three working days. Orders are despatched from Monday to Friday. We endeavour to despatch parcels ordered within 1 day of ordering.
You will be notified of the day of despatch by an email.
If your purchases do not arrive in good condition, or if there is a mistake in your order, please let us know immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org and give us brief details, including the date the parcel was delivered.
We will either send you a replacement free of charge (provided we still have some in stock) or you can choose to have your money refunded.
It is not possible to return, exchange or refund perishable items including flour.
Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and are only redeemable on this site and not at the Tide Mill itself. Gift cards are non-refundable. Gift cards can be used as part payment for an order with the balance made up by other payment methods.
